The role

The Regional Solution Delivery Analyst is responsible for effectively manage regional IT projects to provide requested deliverables on schedule, on budget using standard project management methodologies.

In this role, you will

  • Provide guidance over project scope, schedule management, risk/issue management, cost management and risk management
  • Responsible for effective management and implementation of regional IT Projects and initiatives with the complexity of regional and remote sites
  • Coordinate and liase with project teams through the design, documentation, testing and implementation of IT solutions achieve the business objectives
  • Managing vendor and business partners to ensure technical assessments are completed to validate infrastructure requirements
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained, securely stored, and disseminated to appropriate team members, end-users, support personnel and key stakeholders
  • Highlight integration strategies with contractors and suppliers, partnership arrangements that will benefit overall project implementation and support needs
  • Interface between external vendors and business IT partner for purpose of project delivery

The person

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, accounting, business, engineering or other related field
  • Related experience as a project manager, business analyst in continuous improvement projects, process improvement, software, infrastructure or general technology
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, financial planning, purchasing, and vendor management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical constituents
  • Proven ability to achieve results through others
  • Project Management certification, or working towards a certification a plus
