The regional Talent Management Specialist is a key member of the South America Human Resources team and reports to the Talent Management Director. In this position, you will coordinate, implement and measure talent programs at a regional level that help to drive outcomes we value and performance. Talent programs include performance management cycle, organizational planning, talent reviews, training plans, inclusion and diversity among other strategic programs. You will provide advice to internal leaders and partner with local HR teams throughout the region to support employee attraction, retention, development and motivation. In this role you will

  • Build and implement programs and processes that support the talent management strategy.
  • Manage programs and processes according to the defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, and other support resources.
  • Understand business needs, recommending adjustments on resources and results.
  • Help measure the efficacy of the talent strategies in support of our continuous improvement philosophy.
  • Propose development action plans based on organizational data and trends.
  • Participate in the assessment and development of training plans for the different areas.
  • Build and deliver development and team building sessions.
  • Co-design, contribute and follow up on proposals that deliver on our inclusion and diversity strategy.
  • Manage the Graduate Development Plan to assure adequate placement and advancement of the incumbents at the sites.
  • Safeguard the alignment of the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition procedures to achieve a fit-for-purpose talent placement.

Your training, skills, and experience checklist

  • 6- 8 years of Human Resources experience, specifically in talent development, organizational planning, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Previous experience managing inclusion and diversity initiatives desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as facilitation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish. Dutch is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Travel to sites will be required and is projected up to 25%
  • The position is located at the Regional office in Miami.
