To generate value with a service-oriented attitude, optimizing time for the General Manager and Site Leadership Team members through an optimum calendar management. Responsibilities also include being the main point of contact and general coordinator for visitors to Peñasquito Site including Corporate Visits, Regional Visits and investors.


Calendar management and organization for SLT meetings and events.

Filter phone calls and visitors.

Provide exceptional service to Executives, Corporate or Regional visitors.

Prepare and review presentations, translate corporate releases from English to Spanish to share with the rest of the team.

Keep the phone book and business and personal contacts list up to date.

Manage the corporate travel schedule, including conciliation and payment to suppliers.

Implement expense allocation by cost unit in regard to courier and office supply services.

Manage budget of General Management cost center.    

Coordinate Site Leadership Team meetings, making sure there is necessary/requested equipment (projector, presentations, coffee break, etc.) and confirm agendas to the participants.

Coordinate/arrange attendees travel when necessary.

Manage the implementation of lodging direct payment through centralized card.

Coordinate different meetings with Superintendents and SLT and Quarterly Meetings with General Manager and Team Leaders.

Coordinate SLT events and business trips according to the existent policy: booking flights and accommodation with our travel agency, arrange transportation and make sure security is involved at all times.

Manage travel expenses as requested

Take meeting notes and update action plans following up with involved departments.


High planning ability (Multitasking)

Time availability. Willing to work on site on the 5X2, 4X3 and occasionally 9X5 work schedules.

Occasional travel to Mexico City Office or Monterrey Office

Efficient and simultaneous management of different responsibilities and projects with a proven organization record and a great flexibility and adaptation to change.

Reliable, hardworking and flexible, able to work in a team and communicate with the staff of other departments and levels, creating ties that allow friction-free interaction.

Experience and ability to arrange trips and events.

Analytical skills that allow problem-solving and organizing physical and electronic files more efficiently.

English language proficiency.

Microsoft Office proficiency


At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant (General management level or equivalent in high-dynamism industries)

3 years’ experience focused on customer service and priority management.

Formación Profesional

Executive Bilingual Assistant degree. Degree in Administration or college degree level education.

Courses or certifications in the English language is a plus.
