About This role

The P2P Analyst is responsible and accountable for driving and successful executing all agreed Global and Regional Supply Chain (Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable) process improvement initiatives, and assisting in the achievement and sustainment of global process alignment and performance.

Your role will consist of

DUTIES % of Time

  • For all managed service (North and South America) Source to Pay scope, track and maintain operational delivery, performance metrics, action items, issues/ risks 20%
  • Support regional P2P/AP manager with Source to Pay process and Standards governance and compliance 10%
  • Communication with wide range of regional/site partners, including Regional/Site leadership, Regional/Site Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal and Tax 10%
  • Support the implementation of global Supply Chain groundbreaking projects in Source to Pay functional area (including SAP/Concur landscape, corporate credit card program). In collaboration with IT, project managed regional/site-based continuous improvement (CI) initiatives while supporting/tracking CI projects driven outsourced partner 30%
  • Support the sustainability of e-business strategy (catalogs, B2B tools, etc.) and accelerating the progression of P2P automation roadmap 20%
  • Serve as primary point of contact for P2P systems landscape (SAP, Ariba, Concur, ECM) reporting and dashboard/scorecard development for the Americas region 10%

Training & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting/ Finance, IT or related field


  • 3-5 years of directly related Supply Chain (Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable), project management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are vital.
  • Mining experience preferred, but not required

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong digital literacy using office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent enterprise-level software packages (Procurement and Finance module) is vital.
  • Excellent written/ verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Working Conditions
  • The position is located in the Denver corporate office.
  • Position may be required to travel to, and assist other domestic and international sites.
