Opportunity
We have an opportunity available at our Boddington mine site for a Supervisor, Support Services. This role leads a team responsible for coordinating the work activities of functions that include cost control, condition monitoring and laydown management. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Provide direction and mentor team while ensuring work outputs are in line with strategic and business plans.
  • Implement and monitor performance and development review plans for all team members.
  • Work closely with offsite teams and peer supervisors to meet overall site objectives.
  • Work with Asset Management to review and prioritise condition monitoring work and required actions to address anomalies.
  • Contractor management; ensure contractors complete required inductions, monitor and assess performance and conducting regular meetings to discuss performance to date and upcoming scheduled activities.
  • Promote and adhere to our Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Procedures through consistently demonstrating and encouraging safe work practices.

About You
We are seeking an experienced people leader to join the team; you will have led crews previously building a great culture within your crew of safety, inclusion, responsibility and integrity. Contractor management and experience in site services will be highly regarded.
