Working in a team of Trades, Service Technicians, Apprentices and Trade Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the NBG fleet of Haulage and Ancillary Mobile Equipment. 

 

Your Trade Qualification as a Heavy-Duty Plant Mechanic combined with experience in fault finding, diagnostics, maintenance, and servicing across a range of CAT Ancillary Equipment and Autonomous 793F Trucks, CAT SIS and SAP will be required for your success in this role.

 

A proactive individual, you will be a natural leader and someone capable of taking the initiative to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, maximising the amount of scheduled maintenance, and minimising the impact of unscheduled maintenance.

 

You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to safety and use your experience, and judgement to ensure yourself and your team stay safe.  

 

Your prior experience and genuine interest in mentoring trades, apprentices and trainees would be highly regarded.
