Ancillary Equipment Operator

Our mining operation provides our employees the option to live locally and go home after every shift, or to stay in our village for their 7 shifts and DIDO. We are only 130km's from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast. Our roster is 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off - a great work life balance.

 

About the role
We are currently seeing experienced Ancillary Operators to join our team at Newmont Boddington Gold. You will report to the Open Pit Supervisor and will carry out all work activities associated with load and haul.

 

About you

You will have previous experience operating a range of mobile fleet in a large open pit. If you are experienced in operating in an Autonomous Haulage environment we particulalry want to hear from you.

 

Our Ancillary Fleet includes;

 

  • D10 & D11 Track Dozers
  • 854 Wheel Dozers
  • 994 Wheel Loaders
  • 16H, 24H & 24M Graders

 

You will demonstrate your dedication to safety and use your experience and judgement to ensure yourself and your team stay safe.  Your ability to set good examples of work ethic and integrity together with your positive mind set in dealing with work and people will be highly regarded.
