Administrator - Learning & Development

About you

As part of the Learning and Development Team, you will be an accomplished administrator ideally with previous experience in an environment with shifting priorities, complex scheduling and challenging time constraints.


You will be well organised, an effective communicator and capable of balancing the requirements of the position with answering enquiries from site personnel in a friendly and positive manner.


Your advanced computer skills, and previous experience with managing various databases, together with your knowledge of mining, training frameworks and course providers will be well regarded.


Duties will include

  • Assist in organising and coordinating site training activities in line with the Site Training Calendar
  • Administration of arrangements for external trainers to ensure that such activiites are coordinated and organised to a high standard
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date information within the systems and processes related to the delivery of Learning and Development services
  • Maintain employee training records through the Learning Management system and other databases to ensure records are accurate and relevant reports are provided to key stakeholders
  • Report and provision of feedback on scheduled training courses and follow up on non attendance with relevant supervisors
  • Provide administration support for the Apprentice Program to ensure regulatory compliance


Maintaining the trainng records of approximately 2000 site personnel requires persistence, organisational skills, efficient and effective communications and at time a great sense of humour. If this sounds like you, please submit an application including answers to the online screening questions.
