Notice to Staffing Agencies, Placement Services, and Professional Recruiters
At Newmont, recruitment is handled by our dedicated internal team. While we may occasionally consider external assistance, staffing agencies, placement services, and external recruiters must not contact Newmont team members directly to present candidates. All candidate submissions to hiring managers should be routed through our internal recruiting team.
Newmont will not accept unsolicited resumes from any external source other than direct candidate applications. Unsolicited resumes sent to Newmont outside of a formal application process—whether by mail, fax, email, directly to Newmont employees, or through our job postings—will be considered Newmont’s property. We will not compensate for any placements resulting from unsolicited resumes and will consider any such submissions as referrals without charges or fees.
External agencies, placement services, and external recruiters must secure prior written authorization from Newmont’s Talent Acquisition team before submitting any candidates. This authorization must be accompanied by a formal service agreement for a specific job opening. We will not acknowledge or pay fees for services provided without an official, executed agreement.
Only an approved Newmont representative has the authority to sign and validate agreements with external recruitment entities. Agreements made with any other Newmont employees, or based on any form of implied consent, will not be recognized.
