Asset Health Analyst - Fixed Plant

About The Role
  • Are you experienced in condition monitoring and performing diagnostics to assess asset condition?
  • Can you work within a team of Asset Health Analysts to diagnose equipment health?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed Plant Asset Health Analyst to join our Operational Support team, based in Subiaco, supporting our operations in Australia and Ghana.

In This role You Will:
  • Centrally monitor and analyse data to diagnose and predict equipment health issues
  • Liaise with maintenance planners and schedulers to define work packages and schedule requirements
  • Work with sites to identify and implement solutions to improve their asset health monitoring programs, this includes the application of new technology
  • Provide ongoing guidance to site based teams to improve existing asset maintenance strategies and support RCM based methodologies
  • Reporting of successes and share lessons learnt across the greater company
Your Skills, Training & Experience Checklist:
  • Trade or Engineering Qualification
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ of Heavy Industry experience with fixed plant equipment specific knowledge
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a condition monitoring analysis role
  • Experience in working within a centralised Asset Health support service function
  • At least ISO Level 2 certification (Advanced Analyst) in Vibration Analysis
  • At least ICML Level 2 certification (Advanced Analyst) in Lubrication Analysis
  • Minimum Level 1 certification (Practitioner and Analyst) in Thermal/Infrared Analysis
  • Advanced proficiencies in Specialised Condition Monitoring systems such as MHM.
  • Sound awareness of supporting condition monitoring techniques inclusive of Non-Destructive testing and Ultrasonic testing
  • Proven knowledge and application of fault-finding techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis)
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Familiarity with SAP
