Purpose

Work closely with the S&ER Director of Systems & Services, leaders within the S&ER organization, and other functional teams to improve the functionality and value extracted from integrated (e.g., health, safety, emergency, incident) systems.

  • Do you have a passion for supporting the reporting and analysis of data from the integrated systems?
  • Do you love improving adoption of global Integrated Management System across business functions by using your knowledge in the areas of governance process, performance management and training initiatives?
Essential Duties
  • Develop and support change management activities for the Integrated Management System (IMS). Review, maintain and recommend improvements to the IMS standards, procedures, guidelines and software solutions.
  • Administer and provide end-user support and training for global software solutions related to the IMS. Oversee the collection and evaluation of feedback and improvement ideas.
  • Maintain training materials, user guides and manuals. Develop additional training material, as needed.
  • Assist functions across the business in embracing IMS and related programs by delivering Web-based and in-person training and education.
  • Lead work with corporate, regional and site teams to identify dashboarding and reporting needs and capability improvements, including the expansion of self-service reporting.
  • Maintain training and informational content related to IMS systems on the company intranet.

Training & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or other related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of management systems and business processes.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI software and data visualization and business intelligence reporting software preferred
  • Audit experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of data analytics and project management experience.
  • Mining/extractives, construction, utilities or other heavy industry experience is preferred.
  • Risk Management, Environmental, Health, Safety and/or Social responsibility experience is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Training materials development or instructional design; facilitation or teaching skills.
  • Customer focus and engagement skills; translating customer requirements into usable tools.
  • Deep understanding of database management, data analytics and facility with computer systems and applications.
  • Report design and development.
  • Analytical thinking; problem solving skills
  • Conceptual thinking; ability to see connections between ideas and generate new concepts.
  • Project management, change management and communication skills.
  • Personal organization
  • Adaptable to evolving business needs and requests.
Working Conditions
  • Located in the Denver corporate office.
  • May be required to travel to regional locations and operating sites
