IT Quality Delivery Analyst

About this role


This role is responsible for creating, preparing and implementing systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. You will be responsible for reviewing global various testing strategies. You will consult with testers, providing advice and direction. You will perform analysis of business requirements and system specifications. You will organize system administration activities for the test management system.


In this role you will


  • Run HP ALM System Administration.
  • Maintain Test Script library for regression testing.
  • Onboard project team members to HP ALM.
  • Measure and report test metrics and critical metrics to management.
  • Maintain methodology documents and templates as required.
  • Identify, recommend and maintain areas of test automation.
  • Support Sr Quality Delivery Manager in initiation of Testing Managed Services to deliver appropriate and efficient end-to-end testing services and defect management.
  • Advise project teams and developers on test strategy, approaches, plans and schedules.
  • Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability.
  • Provide guidance and support to project test team members.


Your skills, training & experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have shown experience developing/implementing test plans and facilitating organizational change around the adoption of formalized testing methodology.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant software quality assurance testing.
  • Minimum 3 years using HP ALM or other testing tools.
  • Mining, construction, utilities or other heavy industry experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively utilize HP ALM and Service Now.
  • Customer driven and team-orientated.
  • Good analytical skills, detailed oriented and a self-starter who is highly motivated to obtain goals/results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of subject matter specialists and partners.
  • Ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment while coordinating multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise testing documentation and effectively manage client expectations and concerns.
  • Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results.
  • Executing experience in systems such as: HP ALM and UFT.
  • Ability to take responsibility for a project from QA perspective and manage it with minimal assistance.
  • Automation scripting ability. (Preferred)

  • The position will sit in the Greenwood Village, CO Corporate Office.
