As the Mobile Asset Health Analyst you will be responsible for the proper collection, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of equipment health data to predict and diagnose concerns as early as possible. You will conduct detailed reviews of all assets to identify condition monitoring opportunities, potential defect elimination solutions, and methods to improve performance. Your planning horizon will be 1 rotation to 1 year.

Essential Duties
  • Analyze equipment data to identify and prioritize issues or activities preventing optimum production
  • Identify predictive maintenance work and generate notifications
  • Conduct detailed review of all assets to identify condition monitoring opportunities
  • Implement condition monitoring program supported by appropriate systems
  • Analyze condition monitoring data and perform diagnosis to evaluate asset condition
  • Assist in the development and execution of asset strategies

Training & Experience
  • A deep understanding of on-board machine monitoring and diagnostic systems
  • A deep understanding of reliability and condition monitoring concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry maintenance or asset management
  • Practical experience in Cat, Cummins, Hitachi, and Sandvik mining equipment electronic controls and monitoring systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to effectively utilize SAP, Condition Monitoring applications, and OEM on-line resources documentation
  • Strong PC skills using MS office software


Working Conditions
  • The position is located in the Denver MTF.
  • Position may be required to travel to, and assist other domestic and international sites.
