Our mining operation provides you with the opportunity to live locally and go home after every shift or stay in our Village for your 7 shifts and DIDO.  We are only 130kms from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast.  Our roster is 7 days on, 7 days off with  a night shift component as directed. - a great work/life balance.

 

We currently have 2 vacancies wtihin our Mining team

 

What you will be doing

You will work in all weather conditions and the role involves a significant amount of manual handling and physical labour.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dewatering of pits.
  • Relocating shovels and cables for blasting
  • Organising road crew signage.
  • Delineating and building windrows around site.
  • Operating a range of equipment such as 330 Excavators, 972 and 988 Loaders

 

Who you are

If you like working outdoors and enjoy hands-on, physical work then this may be the ideal role for you. As the preferred candidate you will hold a current HR drivers licenc and demonstrate a safe, positive attitude to your work. Experience operating a variety of mining equipment and pump knowledge is preferred.
