We are currently recruiting for x2 Administrators – 1 full time and 1 part time (32 hours per week), these roles will report directly into the Superintendent – Training, and are being offered on a 5:2:4:3 roster.

This role is responsible for administration support and reporting to assist with site wide Training activities and initiatives in line with identified needs, to support the company’s ability to retain and develop talent. 

 

A day in the life may include:

  • Assist in coordination of site wide training activities
  • Maintain the systems and processes related to the delivery of Training services and also maintain employee training records
  • Create and maintain site wide training calendar and prepare all administrative duties for events
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to book specific services, own the full admin cycle
  • Diary management of events, ordering catering, booking rooms, raising purchase orders

 

About you:

You will be able to build strong relationships with people at all levels as well as well as have strong communication and organisational skills.  You will have knowledge of systems and processes relating to the delivery of learning, have experience ideally in SAP, SuccessFactors and Sharepoint.
